What payment method do you accept for UK based customers?
The following payment methods are accepted from UK customers:
- Paypal
- Credit card through Paypal
- Cheque (personal, business or cashiers cheque) please allow 5 working
days for cheque clearance before dispatch of goods
- Postal order
We are unable to offer cash on delivery service.
Q:
What payment method do you accept from International customers?
Paypal is the only method of payment accepted from international customers
this is for mutual protection under the protective hood of Paypal.
Q:
How much is this item or shipping in US Dollars / Euros / my currency?
We welcome customers from overseas and understand just how complicated
it can be to visualise how much a product actually costs when it is
listed in another currency, a great way to find out quickly is by using
an online currency conversion tool, please bare in mind that currencies
do change hourly and paypal exchange rates are not always the same as
the standard market rate, but you should get a pretty good idea click

Q:
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes by using Paypal, you pay in your currency and it automatically converts
it and sends it to us in our currency, which is extremely easy to use
and highly convenient for both of us!
Shipping Questions.
Q:
Do you sale your stretched canvases to International customers?
At this
time we are unable to find a courier who is cost affective for the international
shipping of stretched canvases, we can however ship rolled prints to
international customers, these will be sent in a strong coardboard tube.
QUESTIONS REGARDING SHIPPING
Q:
Can I arrange for the parcel to arrive on a certain day? Saturday delivery?
Sometimes - If you live in England or Wales we can usually aim to get
your parcel to you on a specific day - because we use a next day courier
service the way we do this is by sending out the parcel the day before
you wish it to arrive. Please be aware that this is not a foolproof
system and very occasionally couriers make blunders and your parcel
may take 48 hours instead of 24 hours and thus arrive the day after
you wished it to arrive - we do our best but we cant guarantee the efficiency
of the courier company. Please note that whilst we can arrange delivery
for Saturday this is a premium service that the couriers offer and you
will be expected to pay any extra fees incurred please contact us for
a quote. For customers in the rest of the UK and international it is
not possible to send out parcels on a specific date.
Q:
Can you ship to my work address or to a friend, family member etc?
Yes, please provide delivery address details at time of order.
Q:
If I purchase multiple items can you combine shipping costs?
Yes, please contact us for a combined shipping quote.
Q:
Can I collect the item? Can I use my own courier to collect it and deliver
to me?
Yes you can collect strictly by appointment only. You are more than
welcome to use your own courier to collect if you prefer - please contact
us to arrange. However, we cannot subsidise the cost of an external
shipping agent if you do this so you must bare the full cost yourself.
We can assure you that the cost will be far higher as we get a discounted
rate from our couriers because we ship high volume and you will find
the price you are quoted from the courier company will be very high
especially for International shipping.
Q:
I live overseas - will I have to pay import duty?
Buyers located in European Union do not have to pay import duty and
you should not be charged it.
In our experience of exporting artwork to the USA we have not heard
of any of our clients being charged an import duty, although it is possible
that you may be charged a small percentage as import duty.
If you live elsewhere in the world you might find that you get charged
a small import duty - Please check with your national customs office
for accurate information. Shipping within the EU and to the USA in our
experience has always proved to be very hassle free. We ship paintings
overseas regularly and we are well experienced in providing all of the

How soon after payment will you ship my items to me?
Blank canvases can be shipped within 48 hours of purchase
Prints in approx. 1 week, stretched prints upto 2 weeks

Do you have a return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please return in
original condition within 10 days of
receipt for refund minus shipping costs, this does NOT apply to any
custom made prints or artworks.
